job responsibilities
1 responsible for organizing and disclosing regular reports and provisional reports.
2 responsible for updating the relevant information of investors' relations.
3responsible for communication and relationship maintenance of regulators, exchange, intermediaries
and media, etc.
4 responsible for daily telephone and mail consulting response.
5 responsible for the reception of investors and taking the meeting minutes record.
6 responsible for monitoring trading of company stock and the whole stock market.
7 responsible for collecting relevant companies' information in the biotech industry.
8 responsible for administration management and contract management of department of securities
affairs.
job requirements
1 bachelor, major in law,finance and economics a plus.
2 fluent and proficient in english.
3 previous experiences in board secretary/ securities department of listed company a plus.
