Job responsibilities崗位職責(zé):1.教授2歲半到8歲兒童學(xué)習(xí)英語，全英文授課保證教學(xué)質(zhì)量 To teach two and half years old up to 8 children to learn English Be able to give a full- English lesson and guarantee the quality of instructions;3.能夠在外教課題中擔(dān)任助教工作； Be able to assist foreign teachers in performing a lesson;4.協(xié)助體驗課、學(xué)員試課、學(xué)員續(xù)約和市場活動； Be able to assist with demos, students renewal, market activities, etc.5.與家長溝通學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)情況，為家長提供優(yōu)良的教學(xué)售后服務(wù)； Be able to communicate with parents about the kids and provide a first-class service for them;6.從學(xué)員到中心以后直至交付到家長手中的學(xué)員人身安全和照顧； Taking care of all the kids and making sure their safety during their stay in school;7.負責(zé)每個學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)效果和教學(xué)質(zhì)量，提高家長和學(xué)員滿意度； Be responsible for each kid’s learning effectiveness and improving the satisfaction of parents;8.與課程顧問團隊緊密合作，通過優(yōu)秀的服務(wù)品質(zhì)建立家長口碑； In close cooperation with Course consultants’ department, establish a good reputation by providing an excellent service;9.協(xié)助和參與并且通過中心、總部提供的相關(guān)在職培訓(xùn)，不斷提高自身的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和教學(xué)水平； Improving self career cultivation and teaching level through assisting on-the-job training provided by the headquarters;10.代表公司品牌形象，以始終維護企鵝家族英語的品牌美譽度和客戶服務(wù)品質(zhì)為己任； Presenting the image of company, taking as own responsibility of always maintaining a good Pingu’s English reputation and a high quality customer service;Job Requirements任職要求：1.本科或以上學(xué)歷（英語專業(yè)、教育專業(yè)），有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗或海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； Bachelor degree or above (English, Education) ,relevant work experience or study abroad has priority;2.發(fā)音標準、口語流利，較強的讀寫能力； Standard pronunciation, fluent oral English and strong literacy3.喜歡孩子，熱愛英語教育事業(yè)，愿意在教育行業(yè)內(nèi)發(fā)展； Love children and English educational career;4.性格開朗熱情，活潑大方； Lively and cheerful personality, warm and generous5.對中西方教學(xué)體系和教學(xué)方法的差異有所認識，樂于接受全新的教學(xué)模式； Understand the difference of teaching systems and methods between Chinese and western and be willing to accept new teaching modes;6.有相關(guān)兒童英文教學(xué)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； Relevant English teaching experience has priority;
