Description:The HR Business Partner is responsible for local HR topics (approx. 50 employees). They support Managers and Employees along the entire HR life cycle such as On- and Offboarding, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance- and Compensation Management, workforce planning, etc. The HRBP works closely with HR Services to ensure effective service delivery. Furthermore, the HRBP contributes to all necessary processes and HR campaigns within the organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
