Objectives of the Position Analysis samples and take part in trouble shootingCustomer service Main TasksAccording to working instruction, run chemical and surface analysis and test by following the supervisor's arrangement, report any specific deviation finding to the supervisor in order to ensure the correct test and the qualityPrepare the test results daily, identify the problems and report to supervisor any unusual findingsTake part in the trouble shooting in the defect sampleCooperate with other departments to complete the sample analysisClosely cooperation with online service staff and help identify the online defect.Do the best customer service and can catch up, filter and promote the needs of the customerSolving all problems together with online staff, lab and other sourcesBe responsible for housekeeping in work area. Follow up and obey the company's EHS guidelinesMinimum Education and Qualification Required for the PositionEducation: Bachelor in chemistryWorking Experience: above 1 year Technical
