YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute short
  term and long term product strategy and activation plans within marketing
  budgets.
• Responsible for execution,
  monitoring and analysis of the tactical plans in order to ensure growth of
  brand.
• Monitor market trends,
  competitive environment and customer insight as well as brand performance
  to evaluate the effective of marketing activities.
• Develop and collaborate with
  KOL on promotional initiatives.
• Develop promotional material
  and ensure quality and updated product training of sales team.
• Lead open, consistent and
  clear communication with cross functions.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor or master degree in
  medicine. Master and above is preferred.?
• MNC background.
• At least 2 years’ sales
  experience in pharma industry . Above 5 years’ experience in marketing.
• Good project management and
  event coordination skill and experience.
• Strong analytical skills,
  innovative way of thing.
• Strong execution capability,
  organizational and planning skills.
• Mature with good
  communication and inter person skills, ability to work across different
  functions.
