Objective of Job Lead the HV-Battery repair operation team incl. 3rd party partner to develop the processes and conduct the repair operations. Play the VEFK (Chief Electrics Specialist in Charge) role according to VDE1000-100 standard of the HVB repair operation in the plant. Take charge of global buy HV battery reman/repair product engineering development when supplier is located in China and set up the central repair processes at supplier site. Support other GSP plant or PDC in regard with HV-Battery topics. Task Description High Voltage operation supervision: - Review and approve HV-battery related operation procedures, working instructions, etc. - Review and approve HV-battery repair line and process design. - Lead to solve the problems in HV-battery repair production. - Overall governing HV-Battery safety and technology related tasks, and take nominated CESC responsibilities. - HV-Battery repair 3rd party supplier management. Develop and implement in-house HV-battery repair production process: - Transfer Mercedes-Benz AG HV-Battery safety production requests, standards, and regulations to MBPM operations. - Develop and review HV-Battery practitioner training and qualification processes. - Develop HV-Battery Safety relative principles and processes. - Review and approve HV-Battery Safety relative procedures and working instructions. - Collaborate with HV-battery related internal BUs and future external vendors. - Ensure the processes comply with Mercedes-Benz AG internal regulations and local laws. - Responsible for developing Safety Agreement with HV-battery external vendor, and supervise in daily operations. Supplier HV-Battery projects: - Lead the reparability/remendability analysis of HV battery in China during the product developing phase with RD. - Take charge of global buy HV battery reman/repair product engineering development when supplier is located in China. - Create, validate and release the SPEC book (incl. R-ESPV) for HVB central repair/reman program with RDs from both supplier and MB. - Take charge of the PEP-Repair project from product initiation to start of delivery approval. - Support the PEP-Reman project management for overseas. Setup HV-Battery safety training and qualification system: - Be qualified as CESC of MBPM plant. - Develop the HV-safety training and qualification process in MBPM. - Train, qualify and authorize the SH, ES or ESC roles in MBPM. - Lead regularly HV-safety training, ensure staffs working with high safety awareness. Process and Audit Fulfillment - Ensure that the target agreement is successfully fulfilled. - Make sure all processes and activities are in line with audit requirements and ethical standards. Qualification o Education Electrical Engineer with Master/Bachelor degree or comparable education/knowledge and experience Dian Gong Zheng is mandatory , Electrical engineer certificate will plus o Experience Minimum 7 years working experience in electrical field, minimum 5 years site electrical operation or HVB operation experience. Bachelor's degree in Electrical automation or related major. Masters preferred. Familiar with the state laws, regulations and standards of electrical. Experience with High Voltage battery manufactory or related area. o Specific Knowledge Excellent command of spoken and written both English and German. Comprehensive understanding of battery industry and battery manufacturing process. Have the skills to assist with and take responsibility for selection processes for SH (Specialist High voltage) and ES (Electrical Specialist) stuffs. Have knowledge and experience to possess the methodological skills to create instruction documents and convey content. Have knowledge and experience required to perform a hazard assessment, and workout solution for hazardous. Have knowledge and experience to assess the dangers and risks inherent in the HV operations.
