What you will do

1.Mentor business stakehold to collect related finance data to complete KPI dashboard

2.Work closely with local leadership to implement and deliver finance operation review to improvements in process performance while achieving/maintaining certification that meets all JCI requirements.

3.Works as part of the Continuous Improvement team to identify key process improvement opportunities and leads process

standardization and the transformation of high quality, process execution
utilizing the Johnson Controls CI portfolio of tools available including Lean,
Six Sigma, problem solving, etc.

What we look for

1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in
2.Business, Quality, Computer Science, or Finance.

3.Finance background is required, Minimum 5 years’ work experience, especially in the field of RTR

4.Speaks English and Mandarin fluently

5.Proficient in PPT

6.Have strong compression ability and responsibility.
