Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any contract-related issues; 6. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, track and assess the performance of individuals and teams, and provide constructive suggestions and improvement proposals; 7. Daily Work Assistance: Provide support in day-to-day activities, assisting team members as needed. Address operational challenges and facilitate smooth workflow. Requirements： 1. Bachelor degree or above. Majored in international business, international trade, marketing, business management and other related majors; 2. Skilled in using Office software; 3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; 4. Strong communication skills, proactive, responsible and superb execution; 5. Eager to learn and great problem-solving ability; 6. At least 3 year working experience.
