As a Sales Manager for Capital Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for developing the Capital Paper Machinery Sales to exceed the sales targets through high performance and superior customer experiences.
Your responsibilities：
- Establishing proper sales targets and implementing required improvement plans
- Managing capital sales close to customers
- Identifying business opportunities for existing and potential new customers
- Visiting customers in cooperation with your colleagues for more sales opportunities and improved customer loyalty
- Cooperating with the sales Management team to develop existing key customer sales opportunities
- Being responsible for the sales process and related development plans and actions
Your background：
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical engineering, Machine automation, or related
- 5 years’ experience in Sales Management or related management role
- Familiar with capital business
- Experience and good understanding of paper machinery/paper industry
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Strong result orientation
- Good learning ability, willingness to work with new and challenging tasks and situations

? 管理接近客戶的資金銷售
? 識(shí)別現(xiàn)有和潛在新客戶的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)
? 與同事合作拜訪客戶，獲得更多銷售機(jī)會(huì)，提高客戶忠誠度
? 與銷售管理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作開發(fā)現(xiàn)有的大客戶銷售機(jī)會(huì)
? 負(fù)責(zé)銷售流程及相關(guān)的發(fā)展計(jì)劃和行動(dòng)
人員要求：
? 本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程、機(jī)器自動(dòng)化或相關(guān)專業(yè)
? 5年以上銷售管理或相關(guān)管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 熟悉資金業(yè)務(wù)
? 對(duì)造紙機(jī)械/造紙行業(yè)有一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和了解
? 良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力、英語聽說讀寫能力
? 良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力，愿意接受新的和具有挑戰(zhàn)性的任務(wù)和情況
