Business Manager:
- Executive communications: prepare executive-level keynote presentations for external events and internal all employee events; when necessary, support in the preparation of briefing for business development meetings
- Employee communications: prepare internal announcements, employee newsletters, and other all employee written communications
- Support of CEO Office operations: assist in daily operation of CEO office, including facilitating important meetings and events, managing strategic projects, planning annual budget and preparing for business performance reports
Strategy Analyst:
- Market research and compete study: conduct comprehensive market research including macroeconomic analysis, competitive landscape of public cloud providers, AI technology trends and key companies
- Strategy development and executions: support the design of annual growth strategy and landing plan (resource, territory planning, etc.)
Macroeconomic research: conduct quarterly data collection on key macroeconomic trends and key industries
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Media or a related field. Ideally have experience of study or work abroad.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles as business manager or strategy development manager in a tech company or a related field.
- Strong skills in PPT at a management consultant level.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and navigate through complex organizations.
- Passion for technology and ideally have basic understanding of AI and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in Chinese and English.
