Location: Dusseldorf,Germany Job Description 1. Develop and cultivate customer relationships by identifying customer needs and conducting demand exploration. 2. Identify customer requirements and pain points, determine corresponding service strategies, coordinate company resources, and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate closely with business, product, and operations teams to coordinate online purchasing, payment collection, and after-sales services for customers, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications 1. Fluent in Germany and Chinese. Proficient in value-based sales. 2. Experience in successful development of new B2B customers and major projects. 3. Skilled in expanding business and mobilizing internal and external resources to solve business issues. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Excellent project management and resource integration skills. 5. Identification with JD culture and the online e-commerce industry.
