87 Working experience:
Have at least 2-3 years working experience of project management, value chain management or process data analysis, best case in manufacturing industry. ( remarks: working experience can’t be longer than 5-8 years. We need this person have strong learning willingness)

87 Competence requirements:
1) Strong measurement and data analysis capability. Strong excel and basic PowerBI report is a must in daily working. Python is a plus.
2) Good at value chain analysis and business process improvements diagnosis.
3) Good at presentation skills, with logical thinking, information processing and visual expression;
4) Good communication skills. Very fluent in English and can handle culture differences.
5) Have project management knowledge, PMP certificate is a plus.
6) Good at learning new stuff (like how to apply AI into data analysis). Have strong willingness and capability to learn new things.
