The Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist drives end-to-end recruitment delivery and proactive talent pipeline development aligned with business priorities. This role goes beyond transactional hiring by partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to support workforce planning, critical talent acquisition (including leadership roles), and employer branding initiatives.
The role plays a key part in improving hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience while strengthening the company’s talent market positioning, especially in competitive or reputation-challenged environments.
