Job Description 職位描述：
Perform protein engineering to drive therapeutic antibody lead design, selection, optimization and ensure timely delivery
Analyze, summarize, interpret and present antibody engineering variants characterization data to project teams
Continuously improve internal platform for antibody engineering at different stages
Develop cutting-edge tools to facilitate current protein engineering procedures and explore possible new protein drug modalities
Potentially act as project lead and work with other functional R
