ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Support on Training Delivery Management
a. Coordinate with suppliers for training preparation
b. Reserve, setup classrooms according to the training schedule
c. Monitor overall performance and eectiveness of training
d. Deal with SAP operations before and after training
e. Support minimum 5 classroom training session per month
2. Support on Training Overall Operation
a. Draft monthly training promotion email
b. Prepare training reports or related data per as requested
c. Prepare training bond according to company principle
d. Manage training vendor pool
e. Continuous improvement on training related policies and process
3. Support on Training Plan Management
a. Design
